Welcome to kraftasticPH. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Provisions

  • Pricing: All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, though confirmed orders will be honored at the original price.
  • Payment: We require full payment before production or file release begins.
  • Color Accuracy: Due to variations in screen settings and printer calibrations, kraftasticPH cannot guarantee a 100% color match between your screen and the final printed or digital product.
  • Communication: All official approvals must be made via email at hanna@kraftasticph.com or our official Facebook page to ensure a paper trail.
  • Data Privacy: We handle your info according to our Privacy Policy.

2. Product-Specific Terms

A. Digital Products (Templates & Website Invites)

  • License for Use: Purchase grants a single-user, personal-use license only. Reselling, sharing, or redistribution of raw files or templates is prohibited.
  • Third-Party Templates: Some digital templates are resold from third-party vendors. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that:
    • The original vendor retains ownership of the template or design.
    • Your usage is subject to the original vendor’s license terms, in addition to KraftasticPH’s Terms of Service.
    • KraftasticPH is not responsible for errors or technical issues related to the template or files provided by the original vendor.
    • Refunds are only possible if there is a defect in the file or if you did not receive access. Otherwise, all sales are final. See our Return & Refund Policy
  • No Refunds: All digital product sales are final once access or download links are provided. See our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
  • Technical Support: KraftasticPH is not responsible for user errors or software limitations in third-party platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe).

B. Custom-Made & Printed Goods (Invitations, Souvenirs, etc.)

  • Proofing & Approval: Digital proofs will be provided for review. Clients are responsible for checking spelling, dates, and details. Once approved, KraftasticPH is not liable for errors.
  • Production Timeline: Production begins after final design approval. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days, with longer timelines during peak seasons.
    • Rush Orders: Rush orders are processed after design approval. Please note that processing time is different from delivery time. While same-day delivery is available, the production/processing step cannot be bypassed.
  • Returns: Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for manufacturing defects or items that deviate from the approved proof. For more details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

C. Party Backdrop Services

  • Agreement: Backdrop services are subject to a separate Service Contract which includes specific clauses for setup times, ingress/egress, and damage deposits.
  • Booking: A date is only secured once the Service Contract is signed and the reservation fee is paid.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Design Ownership: 
    • KraftasticPH Designs: All original templates, custom layouts, and artistic arrangements created by KraftasticPH remain our intellectual property. Purchase of a product (physical or digital) grants the client a license to use the design for their specific event only.
    • Client-Provided Assets: Any logos, photos, or trademarks provided by the client remain the property of the client. By providing these assets, the client warrants they have the right to use them and indemnifies KraftasticPH against any copyright claims.
    • Third-Party / Resold Templates: Some digital products offered by KraftasticPH are resold from third-party vendors. All intellectual property rights remain with the original vendor. Purchase grants a limited, single-user license for personal use only and does not permit redistribution, resale, or sharing of the template files. KraftasticPH is not responsible for defects, errors, or technical issues in third-party templates. By purchasing, you agree to comply with both KraftasticPH’s Terms of Service and the original vendor’s license terms
  • Portfolio & Social Media: 
    • We reserve the right to photograph and feature completed custom products (e.g., your invitations or souvenirs) on our social media pages and portfolio for marketing purposes.
    • Privacy Option: If your order contains sensitive personal information (like QR codes, home addresses, or private photos) and you prefer we do not post them, please notify us in writing upon placing your order. We are happy to blur sensitive details or refrain from posting upon request.

4. Data Privacy

By placing an order, you consent to the collection of personal information (names, addresses, event details) necessary to fulfill your order. KraftasticPH will not sell or share your data and will only use it for order processing, production, and delivery, in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act. 5. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Order Refusal & Cancellation
    KraftasticPH reserves the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate purchases for resale, or incorrect account information.
  • Customer Information
    Please provide accurate and up-to-date information for all orders, including email, billing, and shipping details, to ensure your order is processed correctly and that we can contact you if needed.
  • Notification of Changes
    If an order is canceled or modified, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
  • Modifications After Approval
    Any changes to an approved proof or order details after approval may incur additional charges or delays.

6. Limitation of Liability

KraftasticPH is not liable for:

  • Color discrepancies due to screen settings or printer variations.
  • Delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products, including digital or resold templates.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to missed deadlines, loss of income, or disruption of events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KraftasticPH’s total liability for any claim arising from a product or service will not exceed the amount paid for that product or service.
