Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the KraftasticPH website. By placing an order on our site, you agree to the following terms regarding processing, delivery, and handling of your items.

Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: This is the time we need to create your order. For custom-made items, production starts once we receive your final approval or confirmation. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days, but please allow extra time during peak seasons.
  • Digital Products: Templates and digital downloads are available immediately upon payment confirmation — no production time required.
  • Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the courier to deliver your order. Delivery times vary depending on location and courier.

Delivery Options

  • Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila only): Available via Lalamove or Grab once your order is ready. Please note: selecting this option does not guarantee same-day receipt, as production still requires standard processing time.

The website may mark the delivery fee as “FREE,” but the actual cost will be collected from the rider upon delivery.

  • Courier Delivery (Outside Metro Manila): Orders are shipped via LBC Express. Delivery times depend on the courier and destination.
  • Store Pickup: Pickup is available by appointment only. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a pickup schedule. Customers must wait for this confirmation before collecting their order.

Courier Responsibility

We work with trusted courier partners, but KraftasticPH is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party delivery services, including LBC Express, Grab Express, Lalamove, etc.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving it to qualify for a replacement.

Important Notes

  • Processing begins only after order confirmation or proof approval, not at the time of purchase.
  • Rush orders are processed according to standard lead times, even if same-day delivery is selected.
  • Delivery schedules may vary during holidays or peak seasons.
