Good to know
How do I book a backdrop?
Send your request above. We reply with a quote and a design peg. Your booking is confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Is the deposit refundable?
The 50% deposit secures your date and is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are not eligible for a refund. If something unforeseen happens, such as severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule, subject to availability.
Can I change the design after booking?
Design changes need to be sent at least 15 days before your event. Once design work has started, extra charges may apply for requested changes.
What do you need from the venue?
We need access to the venue before your event to set up: at least 2 hours for small parties, and longer for bigger events. We confirm the exact time in your quote. Please make sure the setup area is clean, safe, and accessible when we arrive, and that any permissions to decorate the venue are arranged.
How long can the setup stay up?
Materials are included for up to 3 hours of use. If your event runs longer, extra time is PHP 500 per hour.
What if something is damaged?
Once your setup is complete, we are not responsible for damage caused by guests, weather, or other outside factors. Damage to our decorations, equipment, or rental items is billed for repair or replacement after the event.

Yes. We reuse your invitation colors and design so everything looks like one set.
