Questions we often get
Can I request changes after the site is live?
Minor updates within the first 7 days are included — things like correcting a venue name or updating the schedule. Requests after that may have a small revision fee.
How do I check my guest RSVPs?
All RSVP responses go automatically to a Google Sheet. We'll share access with you during handover — no app needed to check it.
What if two guests buy the same gift?
We recommend adding a note on your gift page asking guests to message you before purchasing so you can mark items as taken. This is the most practical approach for PH-based gift registries right now.
Do I need to buy a domain separately?
Only for the Premium package. Standard uses a subdomain under our website at no extra cost. For Premium, we can help you register a domain or use one you already own.
Can I add this to my physical invitation order?
Yes. If you already have an invitation order with us, just message us and we'll coordinate the website design to match your stationery set.
What shopping platforms can you link to for the gift list?
Any platform with a shareable product link — Shopee, Lazada, or others. Just send us the links and we'll add them to your gift page.
